This allows for 3 lines (up to 45 characters) to the same size plate
Repeat message means the EXACT SAME message on all items
Variable message means a NAME, DIVISION or CATEGORY is different on each trophy.
Lists for variable messages on 10+ items needs to be supplied on the excel
ORDER FORM or surcharge for typesetting applies.
